    Har Har La Doubangjiang, a spicy, fermented chili and soybean sauce made by the Har Har Pickle Food Factory in Taiwan.
    Used extensively in Sichuan Cuisine, La Doubangjiang is often referred to as ‘the soul of Sichuan cooking’.
    Use in variety of dishes, such as salads, stews, soups, marinades, and stir-fry.
    Stir-fry it with oil and eat with rice or noodles. Serve over Pan-fried tofu, use in Mapo tofu or tofu salads.
